We understand that sometimes your plans for lessons change and you will need to cancel your lesson reservation.
Our cancellation policy for online or in-person lessons booked through this website is as follows:
Lessons cannot be re-arranged. If you wish to change your booking, please cancel and re-book.
- You can request a full refund for a cancellation made 7 days prior to your booked lesson. (UK date and time).
- 50% of your fee will be refunded if you cancel between 7 and 4 days before your lesson. (UK date and time).
- If you cancel less than 96 hours before your booked lesson, no refund can be given.
- By clicking the “Book Now” button, you are indicating that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the cancellation policy.
- Please note that no refund can be given in case of time zone errors.
